Why am I unable to sign in
As of October 5th, 2009 this website has replaced both the Water Park of America website and the previous water park ticketing website.
If you have placed an order on this website since October 5th, 2009, an account was created for you at the time of your order, and you should have received an email with details for logging into the website. If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address into the form on the Password Recovery page to request a reset of your password. If you are unable to receive email from the website, please check the FAQ topic "Why am I not receiving emails?".
If you had an existing account on the previous site, you will have to create a new one. Order history is still available from the previous site on a by-request basis. If you have misplaced a sales receipt from the previous water park ticketing website, please send an email using the contact form, category "Report Website Errors/Issues", requesting a link to your previous order(s). Please include as much information as possible (Full Name, Billing Address, E-Mail, etc) to aid in lookup of your prior order.
