Why is my order history blank?
As of October 5th, 2009 this website has replaced both the Water Park of America website and the previous water park ticketing website.
Order history is still available from the previous site on a by-request basis. If you have misplaced a sales receipt from the previous water park ticketing website, please send an email using the contact form, category "Report Website Errors/Issues", requesting a link to your previous order(s). Please include as much information as possible (Full Name, Billing Address, E-Mail, etc) to aid in lookup of your prior order.
