Brave the FlowRider® and compete with flowboarders from around the country. With bodyboard and stand-up divisions for kids, women, men and experts, anyone can compete! Register at the Water Park of America on Friday, August 6th or the morning of Saturday, August 7th. Or just come to swim and watch the amazing skills of the competitors!

Memorial Day Camp Out!

Stay AFTER HOURS in the water park!

Water Park of America is hosting a fundraiser for Camp Get-A-Well-A on Sunday, May 30th and Monday, May 31st (Memorial Day). The water park will be open from 10pm Sunday night until 2am Monday morning, with not only the usual aquatic fun, but also camp activities and contests, vendors and sponsors galore!

MAY 30th GENERAL ADMISSION:

Watch six families compete in aquatic contests for a chance to win the following:

Camp Get-A-Well-A is an organization that brings a safe and fun camp-like experience to those children who are not able to take part in the exciting and memorable camp experiences that most healthy kids can. Volunteers work with trained hospital personnel to serve as Camp Counselors for a variety of events including indoor campfire sing-a-longs, handmade crafts, tie-dye projects, camp bingo, scavenger hunts and much more!

Twin Cities River Rats Performance

Please note that the activity pool will be closed while the River Rats practice and perform.

Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the Twin Cities River Rats incorporate music, themed skits, actors, announcers and talented skiers doing stunts, jumps, human pyramids, barefooting, and doubles every Thursday on the Mississippi River.

The Twin Cities River Rats Water Ski Show Team is a 100% volunteer organization. With over 100 members ranging from six years to over sixty years old, the team members participate in all aspects of the show, from skiing to boat driving to announcing to rolling ropes. Members participate in boat driver "certification" programs and are trained in basic water first aid and safety skills.

The Big Quack

Join the Food Allergy Support Group of Minnesota at the Water Park of America on April 18th from 4-8pm.

Special provisions will be made for our food-allergic attendees' safety, including:
- All tables/chairs will be cleaned before event.
- "Camp Many Point" food service will be open, with peanut/nut-containing foods removed
- All food must be eaten in designated eating areas away from the water areas
- Attendees may bring in outside foods/non-alcoholic beverages to be eaten in designated area "The Treehouse"
- Towels are NOT provided by water park for this event. Please bring your own towels.

Duck Race at 6:30pm including prizes for the winning ducks:

- 1st Place Prize- $250 Visa gift card
- 2nd Place Prize- $100 Visa gift card
- 3rd Place Prize- $50 Visa gift card

Ducks are $5 each while supplies last (up to 1000 available) and will be offered for sale on two dates:

The Food Allergy Support Group of Minnesota is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by food allergies. We advocate awareness, understanding, and safety within families and communities by facilitating personal connections and providing educational resources. The Big Quack is one of FASGMN's annual family events that also raises money for our programs and activities, such as our educational meetings, lending library, buddy program, resource fair, speakers' bureau, webinars, and newsletters.

We are a Toys for Tots drop-off site!

Now through December 20th, donate a toy at our property and receive a voucher for
