I just wanted to send you a quick note regarding our recent stay at your hotel. Like I told you in person (and on the phone), I have never dealt with a more friendlier group in my time, and I have been hosting our group meetings for over 15 years.

You and Sara kept everything well organized with our people so everything was in place prior to our arrival as well as during our stay. I have commented to a number of people since my return on how personal your hotel is at every level. I can not say enough about how nice Jim was (he took care of the banquet events for us) as well as the two guys (wish I could recall their names) that were servers in the dining area. Even the day/night Managers made it a point to introduce themselves during our stay.

On top of this, I have already recommended your restaurant to 4-5 friends that I have living in the area. One would not normally think of fantastic food at a hotel, but yours is the exception at least on my list.

As you know, we had our group there from Mon-Fri which makes for a long week, but your accommodations, food and hospitality helped make for a successful trip and on behalf of those that stayed there, we truly appreciate that.
